Use: Waterfront East is a 3.5-acre site that is being proposed as a mixed-use development. It is currently occupied by two restaurants, Joe’s Crab Shack and Who Song & Larry’s. The project will be constructed in phases, with 300,000 square feet of residential space and approximately 50,000 square feet of retail, office, and restaurant space.
